Mr. and Mrs. Philip Charles Pattengale, Sr., of Sturgis, Michigan, are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Cathrine Lillian Pattengale, to Bruce Cordell Mitchell, son of Mr. and Mrs. William McIntyre Mitchell, of Christiansburg, and grandson of Mrs.Louise Mitchell Tillar and Mrs. Ellie Black. Cathy is a graduate of Alma College and the University of Kentucky. Bruce is a graduate of Clemson University and is employed at Mitchell Fertilizer in Christiansburg. The wedding will take place on September 11, 1993, at First Presbyterian Church in Sturgis, Michigan.
