OBIT-CASEY, WILLIAM MICHAEL, ("BILL")

CASEY, William Michael, ("Bill"), 42, of Ferrum and Norfolk, passed away June 12, 1993, following several months of illness in the VA Medical Center, Salem. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Hinshelwood, his grandfather, Dr. James Casey, and a sister, Callen C. Garcia. Surviving are his mother and stepfather, Barbara and Richard Duffee, Norfolk; his father and stepmother, Edward and Delores Casey, Port St. Lucie, Fla.; one sister, Rebecca Duffee, Virginia Beach; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Steve and Patty Casey, Detroit, Mich., Scott and Katie Duffee, Norfolk; his grandmother, Mable V. Casey Bonds, Salem, W. Va.; a nephew, Richard Scott Duffee Jr.; three nieces, Sarah, Abbie and Melissa Casey; and some very special friends, Barbara Shively Sink, Howard Kehoe, Louise Wagoner, Dean Guilliams, Corrina Peters, all of Ferrum. Funeral services and burial will be in Norfolk, Va., with Smith & Williams Funeral Home. Local arrangements by Arrington-Bussey Funeral Home, Rocky Mount.
