OBIT MOORE, JAMES THOMAS
MOORE, James Thomas, 74, of Roanoke, died Monday, June 14, 1993, at his
home. He was a member of Cave Spring Baptist Church, member of the Melrose
Masonic Lodge #139 A.F.&A.M. and the Kazim Shrine Temple. He was a retired
teacher for the City of Roanoke. Surviving are his wife, Juanita Gibson Moore;
a number of nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at Oakey's South
Chapel, 11 a.m. Wednesday, with the Rev. Rick Elmore and Dr. Woodrow W. Clark
officiating. Interment will follow with Masonic Grave Rites in the Troutville
Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be made to a
charity of your choice. Friends may call at Oakey's South Chapel.
