OBIT WEBB, MITTY

WEBB, Mitty, 87, of Natural Bridge, died Sunday, June 13, 1993, at her residence. She was born in Carroll County on December 21, 1905, and was the daughter of the late Friel Webb and Polly Worrell Webb. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harrison Webb; and a son, Lloyd Webb. Mrs. Webb was a member of the Natural Bridge Baptist Church, Natural Bridge. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. David (Bessie) W. Reynolds; three sons; William Eugene Webb, Virgil Avon Webb, Alfred Delton Webb, all of Natural Bridge; a sister, Goldie Webb, Hillsville; a brother, Andrew H. Webb, Greensboro, N.C.; eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, June 16, 1993, at 11 a.m. at the Harrison Funeral Chapel with Rev. Conald Fogus officiating, with burial to follow in the Natural Bridge Baptist Cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday night from 7 to 8 p.m. at the Harrison Funeral Home, Lexington.
