OBIT BROWER, KATIE LEE
BROWER, Katie Lee, 79, of Roanoke, died Saturday, June 12, 1993. She was a
member and Deaconess at Pilgrim Baptist Church. She is survived by her
husband, Alexander Brower; brother-in-law and sisters-in-law, Nathaniel and
Mary Brower, Eula Mae Johnson, all of Roanoke; a host of nieces, nephews,
other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held Thursday, 2 p.m.,
at Pilgrim Baptist Church. Rev. Dwight O. Steele will officiate with interment
in Fairview Cemetery. The family will receive friends Wednesday, 7 to 8 p.m.
at the Hamlar-Curtis Funeral Home.
