RADFORD BEGINS FUND-RAISING CAMPAIGN

Radford University has begun a fund-raising campaign to raise $150,000 to endow an athletic scholarship in memory of Frank H. "Buddy" Martin Jr., a charter member of the Radford Athletic Association who passed away last year after a lengthy illness. A 12:30 p.m. luncheon at Dalton Hall on Thursday will kick off the drive.
