DOWE, Wilbert Allen, 61, of Montgomery, Ala., formerly of Big Hill, Roanoke County, died June 11, 1993, in a Montgomery, Ala. hospital. He is survived by his wife, Sally Dowe; five daughters, Mary Lewis, Olivia Lewis, Gloria Lewis and Pamela Dowe, all of New York; Jackie Dowe Reeves of Montgomery, Ala.; four sons, Wilbert Dowe Jr., Kenneth Dowe both of California, Michael Dowe, Gary Dowe both of New York; 14 grandchildren; three aunts, Pauline Burks of Salem, Va.; Kathleen Saunders and Ruth Brewer, both of Roanoke. Funeral will be Thursday, June 17, in Montgomery, Ala. Arrangements by Phillips & Riley Funeral Home, Montgomery, Ala.
