LIVELY, Terry Lee, 28, of Warner Robbins, Ga., died Wednesday, June 16, 1993. Surviving are his parents, Bob and Mary Lively, Cary, N.C.; brother, Mike Lively, Lynchburg, Va.; paternal grandparents, O. L. and Mae Lively, Wytheville, Va.; maternal grandmother, Agnes Greene, Star, N.C. Funeral service will be Saturday, 11 a.m. at Brown-Wynne Funeral Home Chapel, Cary. The family will receive friends Thursday 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home. Those considering memorial contributions may make them to the Jimmy V.
