WILLARD-EAST

Katherine R. Willard and William J. East II are engaged and planning to be married in Roanoke in the spring of 1984. She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William W. Willard. She graduated from Cave Spring High School and from Radford University. She is employed by Bedford County Public Schools. Mr. East is the son of Mr. and Mrs. William J. East of Buchanan. He graduated from Fairless High School (Ohio) and is currently attending Virginia Western Community College. He is employed by Virginia Western Community College.
