KING-BRUMLEY

Karen Darlene Brumley and Leslie Franklin King were married April 17th in Southside Baptist Church, Warner Robins, Ga., with Rev. Jerry Walls officiating. The reception was held at the church following the service. The matron of honor was Mellony Hart of Gillsville, best friend of the bride. Bridesmaids were Sandra Welch of Roanoke, sister of groom, Kimberlee Brumley of Macon, Ga., sister of bride, Cathy Evans of Macon, Ga., sister of bride. Flowergirl was Dana Webb, niece of bride. The best man was Richard Welch of Roanoke, brother-in-law of groom. Ushers were Charles Harris of Macon, James Brumley of Port Charlotte, uncle of bride, and Mark Cheek of Macon. Ringbearer was Nicholas King, son of groom. The matron of honor sang "There Is Love", Sherri Hagerman sang "We Three Make One", and the bride sang to the groom before vows "This Is The Day". The bride wore an Alfred Angelo mermaid style gown. She carried baby roses and mini carnations. The bride is the daughter of Albert D. and Agatha McAllister of Macon, Ga., and Kennith Brumley of Port Charlotte, Fla. She graduated from Southwest High, Macon, Ga., and attended Brenau Women's College and was a member of Chamber Choir, the Collegiate Singers and the Brenau Fellowship Assoc. The groom is the son of Earnest F. King, Jr. and Velma Goins King of Roanoke, Va. He is employed by the U. S. Air Force, Warner Robins, Ga. The newlyweds will live in Ga., after the wedding trip to the mountains of North Georgia.
