The bride is the daughter of Mr.and Mrs. Earl Maynard Lackey ofCollinsville. She is the granddaughterof Mrs. Norman Edmund Dickerson ofMartinsville, and the late Mr. Dickerson and the late Mr. and Mrs. James Paul Lackey.
The bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Albert Alexander Nelson of Terrace Park, Ohio. He is the grandson of Mrs. Peter Martin Nelson of Irving, Texas, and the late Mr. Nelson and the late Mr. and Mrs. Julius Cones.
A program of wedding music wasperformed by Mrs. Peggy Johnson,organist, and Thomas Beningus, vocalist, both of Cincinnati.
The couple exchanged vows in asetting of aisle candles with greeneryand arrangements of tulips, stock, and gerberas.
Escorted by her father, the bride wore a white gown of silk taffeta with pearls and cathedral-length train. She wore a finger-tip length veil and carried her mother's prayer book and a bouquet of tulips.
Mrs. Donna Prillaman Fleming of New York, New York, was matron of honor. She wore a navy blue-tea-length gown of organza and carried a bouquet of calla lilies.
Bridesmaids were Mrs. Holly Nelson Purcell, sister of the bridegroom; Mrs. Jennifer Meyers, Miss Nancy Stephens, Mrs. Tiffany Hedge, and Miss LyndaDehler, all of Cincinnati; and Mrs. Cindy Kantor of Silver Spring, Maryland. Their gowns and flowers matched those of the honor attendant.
Dr. Ward Katsanis of Louisville,Kentucky, was best man. Groomsmen were Mr. Jeffrey Maynard Lackey,brother of the bride, of San Diego,California; Mr. Stephen Sauter, Mr.Jeffrey Johnson, Mr. Jeffrey March,and Mr. Charles Tate, all of Cincinnati; Mr. Robert Howard of Los Angeles,California; and Mr. Tod Cracas of Roanoke, Virginia.
A dinner reception was held at the Metropolitan Club.
Following a wedding trip to Australia, the couple will live in Cincinnati.
The bride is a graduate of the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia. She is employed as Regional Vice President for Leshner Financial/ Midwest Group.
The bridegroom is a graduate of Ohio Wesleyan University. He is a Partner at McLerrin Management Corporation.
The couple were honored on several occasions prior to their wedding.

A dinner and patio shower were held March 27, hosted by Miss Lynda Dehler, Dr. and Mrs. Philip Meyers, and Dr. and Mrs. Thomas Hedge, at the home of the Hedges in Wyoming, Ohio.
A bridal shower was given by Mrs. J. Finney Edelen, Mrs. Evelyn Lackey White, Mrs. Donny Eanes, and Mrs. James Rogers, at the home of Mrs. Edelen in Martinsville, Va., April 10.
May 2, a bridal shower was held at the home of Mrs. Velva Cones of Cincinnati.
May 8, a personal shower andbachelorette party was given by MissCindy Reynolds, Miss Nancy Stephens, and Mrs. Donna Fleming at the home of Misses Reynolds and Stephens inCincinnati.
A cocktail party was given May 15 by Mr. and Mrs. Jeffrey Johnson and Mr. and Mrs. Steve Sauter at the home of the Johnsons in Cincinnati.
The bride's co-workers hosted ashower on May 18 at Arnold's Cafe in Cincinnati.
A bachelor party was given May 27 by Dr. Ward Katsanis and friends of the bridegroom at the home of Mr. Jeffrey Johnson in Cincinnati.
A rehearsal dinner was given by the bridegroom's parents May 28, aboard the yacht "Satisfaction", and included a cruise on the Ohio River.
A bridesmaids' luncheon was given the morning of the wedding by Mrs. Paul Gerwin at her home in Terrace Park, Ohio.
A wedding breakfast was given May 30 at the home of the bridegroom'sparents in Terrace Park, Ohio.
