OBIT CRAFT, CAROLYN STAIR

CRAFT, Carolyn Stair, 51, of Salem, died Friday, June 18, 1993. She was born in Radford; a daughter of Gains and Bernice G. Stair of Orlando, Fla. She was the office manager for Southwest Virginia Gas Corp. for thirty-one years. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband, George Lee Craft; one son and daughter-in-law, David G. and Shelby Craft of Roanoke; one daughter and son-in-law, Sherry and Jan Stockie of Salem; one brother, Eddie Stair of New Albany, Ohio; five grandchildren, Nicholas Stockie, Jason, Chance, Priscilla and Nicole. Funeral services will be held Monday at 2 p.m. at the John M. Oakey & Son Funeral Home, with Mr. Jim Herron officiating. Burial will be in Sherwood Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Sunday from 7 until 9 p.m. at the John M. Oakey & Son Funeral Home, Salem.
