OBIT WILSON, EDITH FRANCES BROOKMAN

WILSON, Edith Frances Brookman, 78, of Roanoke, passed away Wednesday, June 16, 1993, in Edina, Minnesota. She was preceded in death by her husband, Troy Wilson, and son, Carlos C. McNeil. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Troy and Beverly Wilson, of Bloomington, Minn.; her sisters, Edna Hunter, of Salem, Bea Eanes and Ruby Worley, both of Roanoke; two brothers, Ernest J. Brookman, of Roanoke, and Charles Lewis Brookman, of Salem; sister-in-law, Mary B. Wilson, McLean, Va.; granddaughter, Debbie Parker, Winston-Salem, N.C.; three great-grandchildren; five stepgrandchildren; 10 stepgreat-grandchildren. Funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Monday at the Garden City Baptist Church by Rev. Don McCaskill with burial in Cedar Lawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends 6 to 9 p.m. Saturday and Sunday at the Lotz Roanoke Chapel.
