OBIT PETERS, KALEB NATHANIEL

PETERS, Kaleb Nathaniel, 5, of Oak Harbor, Wash., died Friday, June 18, 1993, at his home, following a long battle with cancer. He was born April 19, 1988 in Bath, Maine. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Oak Harbor. he attended the Montessori Der Kinderhuis School and the Academy of Dance, both of Oak Harbor. He was preceded in death by one brother, Travis Peters, and his grandfather, Richard L. (Jack) Peters. Kaled is survived by his parents, Steve and Darlus Peters; one brother, Cody Peters, of the home; two stepbrothers, Michael and Wesley Peters of Midlothian; his paternal grandparents, Margaret and Byron Lescure of Roanoke; maternal grandparents, Lloyd and Pat Davis of Langley, Wash.; his paternal great-grandmother, Margaret Arthur of Houston, Texas; his maternal great-grandmother, Elizabeth Davis of Anaheim, Calif.; two uncles, Langley Peters of Roanoke and Walter Peters of New Orleans, La. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, June 22, 1993, at the First United Methodist Church of Oak Harbor, Wash. The Rev. David Lura will officiate with interment following at Sunnyside Cemetery, Coupeville, Wash. Memorials may be made to the Playroom Fund, Childrens Hospital Foundation, P.O. Box C5371, Seattle, Wa. 98105-0371. Funeral services are under the direction of the Burley Funeral Chapel, Oak Harbor.
