ROANOKE MAN HELD IN CRESTAR ROBBERY

A Roanoke man has been charged with the May 27 robbery of Crestar Bank at Crossroads Mall on Hershberger Road Northwest.

Larry Cornell Robinson, 43, was arrested at a Salem motel on Monday following a joint investigation by Roanoke police and the FBI.

Police were led to Robinson through surveillance photos taken at the bank.
