ARTIST TO SPEAK

Roanoke artist Victor Huggins will speak on his work Thursday June 24 at the Art Museum of Western Virginia in Roanoke's Center in the Square.

Huggins' acrylic collage paintings of local landscapes have been shown in New York, Washington, D.C., and throughout the Southeast. Many also hang in collections in the Roanoke Valley.

The meet-the-artist talk, from 10 a.m.-noon in the museum's lecture hall, is free. Call 342-5760.
