OBIT BRAND, MARSHALL CABELL

BRAND, Marshall Cabell, 28, of Atlanta, Ga. and formerly of Salem, died Monday, June 21, 1993 in Atlanta. He is survived by his wife, Deborah; her family, of Atlanta; his parents, Cabell and Shirley Brand of Salem; a maternal grandmother, Ruth W. Hurt of Greensboro, N.C.; four sisters, Caroline of Lexington, Ky., Liza of Dallas, Texas, Mimi of Richmond, Sylvia of Munich, Germany; three brothers, Edward and Richard, both of Sevierville, Tenn., John of Indian Rocks Beach, Fla. A memorial service will be held on Friday, June 25, 1993, 3 p.m., at the Salem Presbyterian Church. Burial will be private. Memorials may be made to T.A.P., 145 Campbell Ave., SW, Roanoke, VA 24011. Local arrangements by John M. Oakey & Son, Salem Funeral Home.
