BLUE RIDGE PARK TO OPEN SATURDAY

The grand opening of Botetourt County's new Blue Ridge Park will be held Saturday at 9:30 a.m.

The Board of Supervisors and the Department of Public Works and Recreation are sponsoring the event, which will include refreshments and games.

The park is just off Webster Road not far from the Blue Ridge Parkway in the Coyner Springs section of the county.
