Frank T. Kasik III, who teaches 11th- and 12th-grade English at Pulaski
County High School, has been chosen as 1993 Teacher of the Year by the
Association of Teachers of English for the district covering Pulaski, Giles,
Montgomery, Floyd, Carroll and Grayson counties and cities of Radford and
Galax.
