BROGAN-BROWN

Cynthia Jane Brogan and Matthew Aaron Brown are engaged and planning to be married August 14, 1993, in Blacksburg, Va. She is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William L. Brogan. She graduated from Glenvar High School and received a B.S. in Math Education from Virginia Tech. She is currently a graduate student in Computer Science at Virginia Tech. He is a son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles A. Brown, of Bay City, Mich. He graduated from Bay City Central High School and from Michigan Tech in Electrical Engineering. He is employed by Virginia Tech.
