TAMPOYA-JOHNS

Dr. and Mrs. Manolo D. Tampoya of Williamson are announcing theengagement and forthcoming wedding of their daughter, Leilani, to Jeffery L. Johns, Jr.

The couple will be united in holymatrimony on July 17 at Sacred Heart Co-Cathedral in Charleston.

Leilani is a 1988 graduate of Williamson High School and received a bachelor's degree in business administration from West Virginia University in 1992.

As an undergraduate, she participated in many activities including: secretary and rush chairman of Chi Omega sorority, Order of Omega National Honor Society, The Marketing Club, Greek coordinator for Mountaineer Week, and Sigma Chi Fraternity Sweetheart.

She is presently employed by theWest Virginia Department of HumanResources, Office of Environmental Health Services in Charleston.

The prospective groom is the son of Mr. Jeffery L. Johns, Sr. and Susan B. Johns, both of Roanoke, Va. He is a 1986 graduate of Cave Spring High Schooland a 1991 graduate of West VirginiaUniversity, where he received abachelor's degree in political science. His college activities included: Sigma Chi Fraternity, WVU Academic honors and WVU Intramural Football.

He is employed by The Fastenal Co., Parkersburg, W.Va.
