OBIT CALFEE, LUCILLE G.

CALFEE, Lucille G., 77, of Roanoke, former 50 year resident of Columbus, Ohio, passed away Saturday, June 26, 1993. She was a member of the United Methodist Church and a retired employee of Rockwell International Aircraft Corp., and was the widow of Jim C. Calfee. She is survived by five sisters, Eva Gross and Madalyn McCellan, both of Roanoke, Gini Sweet, Williamsburg, Betty Guinn, Roanoke, Mary Jo Robinson, Dunbar, W.Va.; one brother, Kelly Gross, Melbourne, Fla.; a number of nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday, June 29, 1993, from Oakey's North Chapel, with the Rev. Emory M. Tarpley Sr. officiating. Burial will be in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at Oakey's North Chapel.
