James D. McComas of Blacksburg to the Board of Directors of the Innovative Technology Authority.

Virginia G. Hopkins of Roanoke to the Virginia Public Telecommunications Board.

Henry J. Dekker of Blacksburg and Sue Ellen B. Rocovich of Roanoke to the Virginia Tech Board of Visitors.

Ruth T. Dickerson of Martinsville to the board of the Virginia College Building Authority.
