LIBRARY OFFERS SILKSCREEN PROJECT

The Montgomery-Floyd Regional Library is inviting children to silkscreen their own T-shirts with the summer reading program's logo, "Peer Amid Books - Read."

Screenings may be done at the Blacksburg branch today at 11 a.m.; at the Peterman branch in Floyd on Thursday at 2 p.m.; and in the Montgomery County Bookmobile, which will be parked across from Meadowbrook at Shaw Valley Tots in Shawsville on July 9 at 10 a.m.

Children need to bring a T-shirt. All other materials and instruction will be supplied.
