OBIT MCNAIR, REV. JAMES M.
McNAIR, Rev. James M., 87, of Woodhaven Village Nursing Home, Montvale,
died Sunday morning, June 27, 1993. Twice married, he was the widower of
Louise Jones McNair and Dorothy Bolick McNair. Rev. McNair was a graduate of
Hampden-Sydney College and Union Theological Seminary, Richmond. He was a
retired Presbyterian minister, having served churches in Virginia, North
Carolina, Georgia and Mississippi. He is survived by two stepsons and their
wives, John and Barbara Bolick of Roanoke, and Tommy and Nancy Bolick of
Montvale; several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Funeral services will be
conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday, June 30, at New Concord Presbyterian Church by
the Rev. Dr. Keith Crim. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family
will receive friends in the church fellowship hall before and after the
service. Memorials may be made to the Cemetery Fund of New Concord
Presbyterian Church. Robinson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
