GILES REALTY FIRM TO MERGE WITH RAINES

Gillispie Realty in Giles County will merge with Raines Real Estate in Blacksburg on Thursday.

Giles County native Kerry Gillispie said he is excited about the new range of services he will be able to provide customers after the move.

"By joining a large company we will be able to better serve everyone with all the support systems of a large franchise firm," he said in a news release.

Gillispie Realty's office will remain at 705 Wenonah St.

Raines President Ernestine Foresman said the additional office will offer convenience to the company's Giles County customers.

"We're very excited about it," she said.
