Stacey Leigh Ray and Charles Christopher Dudley are engaged and planning to

and Mrs. Charles M. Ray, of Roswell, Georgia. She graduated from the
University of Mississippi and currently owns a lighting supply company in
Roswell, Georgia. He is a son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles J. Dudley, of
Blacksburg, Va. He graduated from Blacksburg High School and Clemson
University. He is employed by the U.S. Marshall Service in Atlanta, Ga.
