Laura Rebecca Wilkinson and David Orman Rhea are engaged and planning to be married in Chilhowie United Methodist Church on July 10, 1993. She is a daughter of Dr. and Mrs. James C. Wilkinson of Chilhowie. She was graduated from Chilhowie High School and Emory and Henry College and is employed by Smyth County School System. He is a son of Mr. and Mrs. Max W. Rhea of Saltville. He was graduated from R. B. Worthy High School and Emory and Henry College. He is employed by First National Bank of Saltville.
