OBIT-BEVERLY, LORETTA ROGERS

BEVERLY, Loretta Rogers, 76, of Buena Vista, died Saturday, July 3, 1993, in the Stonewall Jackson Hospital. Mrs. Beverly was born on June 26, 1917, in Amherst County, a daughter of the late Frank S. and Georginna Birch Rogers. She was a member of the Buena Vista Pentecostal Holiness Church. Surviving is her husband, Buford Beverly; two brothers, Vans S. Rogers and Cleveland Menton Rogers, both of Buena Vista; one sister, Vera Mae Rogers Wilson of Buena Vista. Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, July 6, 1993, at 2 p.m. from the Buena Vista Pentecostal Holiness Church with the Rev. David Bain officiating. Interment will be in Green Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the Lomax Funeral Home on Monday from 7 to 8 p.m.
