OBIT-BURLESON, FRANCES SHELL

BURLESON, Frances Shell, 81, of Radford, passed away Monday, July 5, 1993, at Radford Community Hospital. She was a member of Central United Methodist Church, the WEO's, and was formerly a volunteer at Radford Community Hospital. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ted W. Burleson and one son, Jerry Dean Burleson. Survivors include, one daughter, Mrs. Helen Yost of Radford; two sons, C. Wade Burleson of Blacksburg and Richard A. Burleson of Washington, D.C.; two brothers, John Shell of South Holland, Ill. and George Shell of Elizabethton, Tenn.; five grandchildren, Deborah, Diane, Robert and John Burleson, and Cherie Yost; two great-grandchildren, Michael and Taylor Burleson. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. at the Central United Methodist Church with theRev. Joe Green officiating. Entombment will follow in Highland Memory Gardens Mausoleum in Dublin. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made to the Central Unith Methodist Church Building Fund. The family will receive friends from 7 until 9 p.m. Tuesday, at the Seaver-Sanders & Mullins Funeral Home in Radford.
