OBIT BRYANT, HARRY JAMES
BRYANT, Harry James, 87, of 2108 Wayne Street, NE, Roanoke, passed away
Tuesday, July 6, 1993. He was a member of Airlee Court Baptist Church and a
retired employee of N&W Railway. He is survived by one daughter and
son-in-law, Jo Ann and Richard Clark of Birmingham, Ala.; one son and
daughter-in-law, James M. and Celia Bryant of Athens, Ga.; six grandchildren;
four great-grandchildren; three stepdaughters, Margaret Tear and Nell Morris,
both of Roanoke, Mary Watkins of Troutville. Funeral services will be
conducted from Oakey's North Chapel 1 p.m. Thursday, July 8, with the Rev.
Eugene Burris officiating. Burial will be in Cedar Lawn Memorial Park. Friends
may call Oakey's North Chapel where the family will receive friends from 2 to
4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday.
