OBIT MILLER, BOBBY FRANKLIN

MILLER, Bobby Franklin, 60, of Buena Vista, died Wednesday, July 7, 1993, in a Salem hospital. He was born in Big Island on March 18, 1933, the son of Lucille Tardy Markham of Buena Vista and the late Lloyd T. Miller. He served in the U.S. Navy during the Korean Conflict and was a retired chief tool engineer with General Electric. In addition to his mother, he is survived by four daughters and three sons-in-law, Trudy Sizemore and Ronald Dillon Sizemore, Winston-Salem, N.C., Cindy Snavely, Moneta, Terry Grabhofer and Uwe Grabhofer of Madison Heights, Cathy Sitte and Carey Sitte of Southport, Fla.; ten grandchildren. Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Green Hill Cemetery with the Rev. William Crites and Dr. Chip Pendleton officiating. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at Lomax Funeral Home.
