OBIT ALDERMAN, ALMEDA A.

ALDERMAN, Almeda A., 99, of Floyd, passed away Friday, July 9, 1993, at Skyline Manor Nursing Home. She is survived by one sister, Hattie Wade, Floyd; nieces and nephews, Kate Smith, Freeman Weddle, Wilbur Weddle, Galen Weddle, Veda Ninmann, Claudine Weddle, C. W. Harman, Dr. Kurtz Alderman, Bob Alderman, Donna Whitener, Elnora Harris, Ruby Simmons, Dale Wade, Danny Wade, Maurice Wade, Max Wade, Willett Harman, Elsie Puryear, Irene Barnett, Laura Ellen Williams. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Sunday at the Maberry Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. William Stovall and Rev. Ralph Spradling officiating. Burial will be in Topeco Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be made to the Floyd County Rescue Squad.
