RIGGS-BLANKINSHIP

Mrs. Diane Thompson Riggs of Canton, Ohio and Mr. James Lander Riggs of Wooster, Ohio announce the engagement of their daughter, Andrea Nicole, to Paul Francis Blankinship, son of Mr. and Mrs. Scott Francis Blankinship of Roanoke.

Miss Riggs and Mr. Blankinship are 1993 graduates of the College of William and Mary.

The wedding is planned for November 6, 1993 in Williamsburg at the WrenChapel on the campus of the College.
