STROUD-FOWLER

Mr. and Mrs. C. James Stroud of Bedford are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Kristi Thomas, to Craig Robert Fowler, son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Anson Fowler of Bedford.

Miss Stroud is a graduate of the University of Virginia, having earned a BA in Rhetoric and Communications and a BA in Foreign Affairs. She is currently enrolled as a graduate student in the UVA Graduate Program in Education. She is employed by Bedford County Schools.

Mr. Fowler attended Virginia Polytechnic Institute and is presently attending Lynchburg College. He will receive a degree in Education with certification to teach in middle school. He is employed by McGuire Painting Company.
