Emily Suzanne Patsell and Richard Allen Cruise were united in marriage June 26, 1993 in Bremerton, Washington, with the Rev. David A. Libby officiating. Emily, daughter of Michael and Rhonda Patsell of Hardy, is a graduate of Staunton River High School and will attend Olympic College in Bremerton, Washington. Allen, son of Richard and Lucy Cruise of Moneta, is a graduate of Staunton River High School and is a Lance Corporal in the United States Marine Corps. Emily and Allen will make their home in Bremerton, Washington.
