RATCLIFFE-FOLIACO

Ana Teresa Foliaco and William David Ratcliffe were united in marriage on July 17, 1993 in St. Andrews Catholic Church. Father Peter Tran was the officiating clergyman. The reception was held at the Vinton War Memorial.

Laura Gladding, friend, was the maid of honor. The bridesmaids were Rebecca Sterne, Michelle Rice and DeborahDavis, friends of the bride. The junior bridesmaid was Heidi Garrabrant, friend. Stephen D. Ratcliffe served as his son's best man. The ushers were KeithRatcliffe, brother of the groom; Matthew Defosse, Greg Coons and Byron Kerns, friends of the groom. The candlelighters were the mothers of the bride and groom. Lisa Fralin was the guestbook attendant.

Ana is the daughter of Mrs. Alicia M. Foliaco of Roanoke and the late Emiro Foliaco. She is a graduate of William Fleming High School and the University of Virginia. She is a teacher withArlington County Public Schools. William is the son of Mr. and Mrs. StephenRatcliffe of Front Royal and Mr. and Mrs. Leonard LeMaster of Tucson, Ariz. He is a graduate of Warren County High School and the University of Virginia. He isemployed by Union Labor Life Insurance Company.

Following their wedding trip toCancun, Mexico, the newlyweds willreside in Alexandria, Va.
