OBIT CRUISE, ETHEL GROGAN

CRUISE, Ethel Grogan, 87, of Ridgeway, died Friday, July 16, 1993, at Martinsville Memorial Hospital. She was preceded in death by her husband, Russell C. Cruise. She was an employee of Lacy Manufacturing Company (Sara Lee Knitting Mill) for 15 years. She was a member of Horsepasture Christian Church. Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Ora C. Joyce of Ridgeway; one son, Mr. Roy G. Cruise of Ridgeway; five grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Eva G. Pratt of Roanoke and Miss Forrest S. Grogan of Roanoke; a number of nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted 11 a.m. Monday, at Stone Funeral Home Chapel, Martinsville with the Mr. David Cuthbertson officiating. Burial will be in the Horsepasture Christian Church Cemetery. Arrangements by Stone Funeral Home, Martinsville.
