OBIT SIMPKINS, REUPARD WILLIE

SIMPKINS, Reupard Willie, 86, of Snowville, died Monday, July 19, 1993, at his home. Surviving are four sons, Troy Simpkins, Hubert Willie Simpkins, Wilbur R. Simpkins, all of Snowville, Paul D. Simpkins, Christiansburg; one brother, Colin Simpkins, Indian Valley; one sister, Edith Flinchum, Snowville; six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren. The funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Thursday at the Wilson Grove Primitive Baptist Church in Snowville with the Elder Sidney Rakes officiating. Interment will follow in the Simpkins Family Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the DeVilbiss Funeral Home in Radford.
