OBIT HARDIE, BEATRICE GRAYBILL

HARDIE, Beatrice Graybill, of Roanoke, died Monday, July 26, 1993. She was a member of First Church of the Brethren and was the widow of George R. Hardie. She is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Jack R. and Mary G. Hardie; one daughter and son-in-law, Virginia H. and Calvin C. Gray, all of Roanoke; five grandchildren, David R. Hardie, Staunton, Susie Hardie, Houston, Texas, Jay Hardie, Roanoke, Ann E. Hardie, Atlanta, Ga. and Robert D. Hardie, Arlington; two great-grandchildren; one sister, Ruth Graybill Cunningham; three brothers, Randolph H. Graybill, Talmage A. and George H. Graybill, all of Roanoke. Funeral services will be conducted from Oakey's North Chapel, 11:30 a.m. Thursday, July 29, 1993 with the Rev. Paris E. Bain and Dr. William L. Ross officiating. Burial will be in Sherwood Memorial Park. Friends may call Oakey's North Chapel, where the family will receive friends after 2 p.m. Tuesday.
