COURT-MARTIAL PLANNED FOR TAILHOOK DEFENDANT
Robert Rae, the attorney for Lt. Cmdr. Gregory E. Tritt and three other
Tailhook defendants, said Wednesday he had been told by Navy officials that
Tritt would face a general court-martial, most likely on a charge of making a
false official statement under oath. The authority is handling all Tailhook
investigations.
