LITERACY VOLUNTEERS DINNER SCHEDULED

The Literacy Volunteers of America, New River Valley, will hold their annual meeting and potluck dinner Saturday, 4-9 p.m., at Bisset park shelter No. 1.

The festivities will include live music.

Two gospel groups - The Whitt Family and Gary Marshall and the Gospel Truth - will sing, and The McKenzies will perform traditional folk and children's music.
