OBIT BOYD, HAROLD CLAUDE

BOYD, Harold Claude, 62, of Willis, passed away Thursday, July 29, 1993, at Radford Community Hospital. He was a veteran of the Korean Conflict. Survivors include his wife, Zula McGrady Boyd, Willis; sons and daughters-in-law, Ron and Liz Boyd, Harrisonburg, Ricky and Rita Boyd, Dublin, Randy Boyd, Christiansburg; daughters and sons-in-law, Yvonne and Chuck Parkhurst, Atlanta, Ga., Yvette and Steve Harris, Willis, Annette and Allen Weddle, Radford; sisters, Nadine Akers, Radford, Darlene Farmer, Christiansburg; 10 grandchildren. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Sunday at the Maberry Funeral Home Chapel, Floyd, with Rev. Joseph Cox officiating. Burial will be in the Captain George Quesenberry Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday at the Maberry Funeral Home.
