KMART SLASHING GOES TO GRAND JURY

A judge found probable cause Friday to support charges that a man slashed an 8-year-old boy at a Roanoke discount store.

Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court Judge John B. Ferguson sent a malicious wounding charge against Jerry A. Jones to a grand jury, according to Assistant Commonwealth's Attorney Wanda DeWease.
