Mr. and Mrs. H. Daniel McGrath, Jr., of Hilton Head, S.C., announce the engagement of Mrs. McGrath's daughter, Dana Jennifer Park, to Mr. Phillip T. Brown, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert E. Brown, of Reston, Va. Ms. Park is the daughter of Mr. Steven A. Park, of Potomac, Md. Ms. Park is a former student of Radford University, and Mr. Brown is expected to graduate from Radford University in the spring of 1994. A date has not been set for the wedding.
