POWERS-WHITE

Penny Lynn White and Tracy William Powers were married July 31, 1993 at Vinton Baptist Church with Dr. William Ross officiating.

The bride is the daughter of Dale and Diane White of Vinton.

The bridegroom is the son of Karlene Powers of Vinton and William Powers of Bedford County.

Karen White Schuyler, sister of the bride, was matron of honor. Maid of honor was Michelle McCoy. Bridesmaids were Denise Sink and Sarah Moorman. Flowergirls were Jennifer White and Stephanie Roop.

Michael Schuyler was the best man and ushers were Michael White, Shannon Chumbley, and Chris Mullins. Ringbearer was Brandon Saunders.

The bride is employed by Army-Times Publishing Co. in Springfield, Va. The groom serves in the U.S. Air Force at Andrews Air Force Base.

The couple will reside in Alexandria.
