Pamela Lane Parker and Patrick Charles Shaffer will be united in holy matrimony today, August 1, 1993 at 3:00 pm in St. Paul's Methodist Church inAmarillo, Texas. The Reverend Michael Gardner will officiate. The bride will be attended by her maid of honor, Brenda High, and bridesmaid, Brenda Jones, both of Amarillo. The groom's brothers, Mark Shaffer and Scott Shaffer, will serve as best man and groomsman. Ushers will be Rusty Holloway, Bryan Woods andRichard Stone, all of Amarillo, Texas.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Dennis Oakey Parker, Daleville, Va. She graduated from Virginia Tech University with a BS degree in Management and is currently employed by MESA, Inc. in Amarillo, Texas. The groom graduated from McMurray University in Abilene, Texas with a degree in Social Science and is currently employed by the Amarillo School District.

After a wedding trip to Quartz Mountain Resort, Lake Altus, Oklahoma, the couple will reside in Amarillo, Texas.
