COOK BIRTH

Justin Scott Cook was born July 6, 1993, at 8:02 a.m. in Community Hospital. He weighed 8 lbs. 14 1/4 oz. and was 21 inches long. His proud parents are Dennis Scott and Melyssa (Lisa) Cook, of Vinton. His proud grandparents are Ronald and Brenda Chittum, of Vinton, and Eunice Cook, of Troutville. A special thanks to the staff of Community OB-Gyn, the 7th floor nurses, and operating room nurses at Community Hospital. A sincere heart-felt thank you to Dr. Randall Falls for bringing our wonderful little boy into this world safe and sound.
