A. It is because there is crime but no punishment. Example: the national average for punishment for murder is incarceration for 1.8 years. 1.8 years! No execution. No life imprisonment. 1.8 years! Is it any wonder the murder rate is as high as it is?
Q. Why is there crime but no punishment?
A. Liberals, like Bill Clinton and those of his heinous ilk, believe that criminals should be given chance after chance to change their ways. That is why Clinton has drastically reduced the amount of money that was originally targeted for an increase in the number of federal prison cells and prison guards.
Q. If a leopard can't change its spots, why do liberals think that criminals will change their ways without effective punishment?
A. Liberals live in a special place called La-La Dreamland. They think everyone is sweet and special and utopia would appear on Earth if only people would be nice and listen to them.
Q. Why aren't people nice?
