OBIT DUDLEY, HENRY T.

DUDLEY, Henry T., 81, of Route 6, Rocky Mount, died Monday morning, August 2, 1993, at the local hospital. Surviving are his wife, Verneda B. Dudley, Rocky Mount; his son and daughter-in-law, H. Hester and Shelby Dudley, Rocky Mount; his grandson, Randy Dudley, Rocky Mount; two sisters, Mae Perdue, Rocky Mount, Odessa Brown, Glade Hill; a great friend, Shirley Brown. Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday at 11 a.m. in Flora Funeral Chapel, with Rev. Billy Shively officiating. Interment will follow in Franklin Memorial Park with Rites by Woodmen of the World. In lieu of flowers, the family request memorials be made to the Glade Hill or Franklin County Rescue Squad. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at Flora Funeral Service, 342 S. Main Street, Rocky Mount.
